Colin was very easy to get along with and we were able to discuss the work in detail. I instructed Colin to do the building works at my home. We agreed a timetable and I waited for the quotation. The detailed quotation came through within a day and it was very clear. On the agreed date and time, Colin and his team arrived and we started the first of our morning briefings. These were very useful to both of us. Despite the fact that we had extensive works done at the house whilst we were living there they certainly did their best to make the period as comfortable as possible.

They cleaned up after themselves each evening and never failed to turn up when agreed. Despite the fact that the works were very disruptive due to their nature, I do believe that it could have been a lot worse had Colin and his team not taken the time and trouble to make it as comfortable as possible for us. In terms of the work, I am very pleased with the quality. The work was also done within the agreed time.
